Reasons For Not Receiving SASSA SMS

Only those recipients who have received an SMS from SASSA (srd.sassa.gov.za) confirming their collection payment point is a Pick n Pay or Boxer store can choose to have items picked up from a Checkers, Usave, PicknPay, or Boxer store.

When obtaining benefits, recipients must provide valid identification and a cellphone.
